If you are experiencing problems logging in, please keep the following things in mind:
  • When exiting the site you must be sure to hit the "Log off" link and wait for the login page to reload. If you close the browser without logging off, you may get a message that you are already logged on if you try and log in again. If this happens, the system will reset your username after 30 minutes, and you will be able to access the site again in 30 minutes.
     
  • The Username and Password are case-sensitive.
     
  • It is best to copy and paste your Username, Authorization Code and Password from the environment (the email) from which you received them. This will assure that they are entered exactly as they have been provided to you.
     
  • You must have JavaScript and support for Cookies enabled on your browser.
